RAIJA LECOUR

Raija Lecour graduated with honors from Vancouver School of Healing Arts, completing the 700hr bodywork therapy program which covered such modalities as Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, Hydrotherapy, Joint Release, Energy Work, and Aromatherapy. As a bodywork specialist she utilizes these diverse teachings to create an individualized session based on each client's unique desires and needs.

By using a holistic approach in conjunction with natural medicine, Raija helps you to bring your body, mind, and spirit back into harmonious alignment by working through illness, injury, and trauma on the physical, emotional, and spiritual plane. She wants to empower you to listen to your own intuition while supporting you to embark on your healing process to radical well being and creative self-belonging, while contributing her knowledge to improve your body's capacity for activity. A follow up procedure can include her knowledge in herbalism, plant medicine and its relations to the body, where together you will address goals and concerns and create a specialized home care program.
